Well, back at work after the winter holidays. I admit, there are days I wish I worked from home. It’s nice to be able to sleep a little deeper into the morning. It’s also nice spending more time with my wife. Admittedly, I didn’t do much when I was on break, but isn’t that what holidays are for?
Now, I am back at it and wanting to get my focus back to what I expect it to be. I know what I want to do to improve my skills. I just re-wrote the website and realized that I have done it in such a way that I can really just tweak a css file and get a whole new look. I like that. The site is based from the colours in my current theme here. I might do the same thing with the site for another look with a different theme which is much brighter. I think these colours can look dull after a while.
Been watching and waiting so to speak. Now that I’m gaining more confidence in some of my abilities, it is time to see what can come of all of this.
Waiting, as well, to see what comes of the changes with reports over the same time. I think watching and waiting is going to be the best solution at this stage.
Haven’t heard anything out of Jen in a long time and that has me worried. It’s not like her to be so silent. Something’s been up for a while. I should email Kim as well and see what she’s doing. Should have written a Yule card for her. Might still do it and send it late. Better late than never and she’ll know we think of her.
