Well, today the card was the 4 of wands. Wands are usually about action and this is really no exception. This is about building a foundation for other projects down the road.
For my wife and I, there are decided short term and long term plans. The short term is to start rebuilding the damages done from the past. At the same time, working to ensure some privacy and security in our home environment. These are things which have certainly been lacking of late.
Regardless of the intentions of others, I do believe that we should back away for the time it takes to repair credit, ensure the custody battle is completely over, and then buy, refinish, and do everything we wish to do on our terms, with our own agent, our own loan, etc. This way, we know where we stand and we will be able to do the things we believe are best for us and our family.
We have a lot of work ahead of us, but I feel better about the direction we are going to build and the actions we are taking. I think it’s going to bring us closer together as a couple and ensure that whatever we have been building will be prosperous.
I also know I need to work on another foundation, my friends and that network. I need to email them and bring them up to speed on things. I also need to start making time to do that on a weekly basis. Even if I evolve to a point where I’m emailing them in bulk like my sister does. I have an idea on how to do this and I think I’m going to send it out later.
