It’s been a busy week my friends, I’ve been working on several things. I’m tired and sore these days. I’m dismayed by several things as well. The first is the fact that I had always believed that if you hire someone to perform services on your behalf that they would actually perform those services when you’ve clearly given them the appropriate direction. However, it appears that I have an attorney who is more interested in two things; first washing his hands of the case entirely and second doing everything he can to support the interests of my ex. I tend to feel that he just doesn’t wish to listen. He has it in his mind that the best thing for everyone is that I capitulate and give her what she wants.
Well, let me remind my readers of something, abused spouses who share custody of the child with the abuser tend to always be on guard and watchful for the inevitable abuse which will come. There are days I wish my attorney could, just once, be at the wrong end of something where he can come to appreciate what this is all like.
