Have I mentioned recently that I really don’t like ASP.NET? I’m actually going to start researching how to write PHP to a MSSQL database because I’m just getting so frustrated trying to wrap my head around this stuff and it’s getting maddening. I know that I have to learn it eventually, but that doesn’t mean I like it.
I guess, for me, the issue is that when I’m studying it, it all makes perfect sense, but when I start going off and writing what makes sense to me, I get weird errors and I can’t see anything working the way it should. The frustrating part is that I like VS2010 as a IDE. It works well, it is easy to use, and everything seems to make some sense somewhere; except in my code.
Yes, I’m whining, but I’m allowed here. I read a little more of Dan Brown’s newest book last night. The pace is picking up which is good for the book. It’s still dragging a little and if I were in that world, I would not want to call Dr. Langdon my friend. Wow, one gets killed in the Louvre, another loses his hand, this guy is really bad luck.
Well, I might write more later. It depends on how I feel. I have a bit of a headache and that’s frustrating.
